This oil filter relocation system is designed specifically for integrating an oil filter into an LS swap project that uses an aftermarket steel, or fabricated aluminum engine oil pan.
If you choose to run an aftermarket oil pan, instead of a factory GM LS oil pan, you will need to relocate the engine oil filter. This kit deals specifically with this conversion, giving you everything you’ll need to add a remote oil filter to you LS Swap project.

Hedman Hedders began as a one-man shop in 1954. Founder Bob Hedman sold his highly sought-after exhaust tubes to fellow racers on the salt flats of the Mojave Desert. But what started out as a way to make a few bucks to pay for Bob’s racing hobby, quickly turned into the premier header manufacturer for both the racing and street header marketplaces. Originally designed for straightline drag racers, word spread quickly about Hedman’s reputation for building headers that gave you the best boost in power for your dollar.
